Nearly 40 faculty in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences were celebrated during the annual Fall Faculty Meeting on Monday, Sept. 18, 2023, in the Old Capitol Senate Chambers. 

This high honor is restricted to no more than one-half of one percent of the Society’s membership.

Greg Howes, professor in the Department of Physics and Astronomy, has been honored by the American Physical Society with an award for his contributions to plasma physics.
